1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Only items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging will be eligible for return.
- Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, used or opened medical devices cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products that have been used or opened.
- Customized or special-order products made according to customer specifications.
- Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund once the issue is verified by our quality control team.
- Proof of damage (photos or videos) may be required.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).
